Nice hotel at a nice location in Canary Wharf! The rooms have incredible views and are spacious. I would like to mention especially the staff at breakfast, they were very nice: Rebeka made us feel more then welcome and everyone was very kind to me and my kids!

Unexpectedly impressed

Unexpectedly really good hotel! Booked last minute having found ourselves in need of an overnight stay in or near Canary Wharf and was really impressed. Asked for a room with a balcony as I get a bit congested with air on and was given a disability room exceeded my expectations. Had a coffee and croissant in the morning from the downstairs coffee bar and hung around a bit in the communal spaces, all perfect for business or pleasure. Very near the station and all of the very un London vibe of Canary Wharf (tip for overseas visitors to the UK Canary Wharf is not representative of London AT ALL!) I usually stay in 5 star hotels such as Sea Containers but would definitely stay here again at the right reasonable price for sure.

Good location but focus on food is required…

Rooms are good , they have some lovely suites which are class but regular and executive rooms are positively functional for business travelers. I would recommend this hotel everyday for CW location and Accor connection. Food is the problem, I have eaten in both restaurants and just had breakfast recently and I can see they are trying to make it 4 star experience, unfortunately it is not and far from it. I stay regularly and the manager always notices this with an in room message. I appreciate the structure. I would love to eat here again but I always have to find alternatives unfortunately. Rob.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel… The warm welcoming members of the staff, the beautiful room, the exquisite bathroom, the incredible breakfast, the breathtaking view of London skyline, and the rare view from the rooftop… A special mention for our adorable, reassuring and caring hostess Jade who welcomed us as the parents for our daughter’s wedding and who was just perfect… Thank you so much!
